I'm petrified of sleep
What If I wake up and can't breath?
And the nightmares...
They don't go away
I don't remember the last time I had a happy dream
What if I don't wake up?
Actually I would prefer that
But I don't have the guts to kill myself
The nightmares make me paranoid for days....

I need help.
